For example: power plants, chemical plants, mining plants, underground operations, military, radio stations, television stations, etc.To put it simply, in a relatively poor environment, the chassis noise and dust used in a lot of places are suitable for industrial control chassis.The main board of the machine is divided into two parts, the bottom plate + cpu card form. The computer case is equivalent to the "house" of the main computer, which plays an important role in accommodating and protecting the CPU and other computer accessories, and its status is also very important.
The chassis generally has the following three forms:
1. Standard box type: It looks like a microwave oven. The size is about 50CMX40CMX30CM. It is easy to integrate into the home style, but high-performance hardware cannot be used.
2. Ordinary chassis: the same as usual, it is the mainstream direction.
3. HTPC case: It is the size of the main case used in the living room, and the appearance is the same as that of the DVD.
4. Tower case: It is 1/2 higher than the ordinary case. The internal space is large, and it is generally used by enthusiasts.
Having said that, how should the chassis be purchased?
Let’s look at it from two aspects:
1. Material: The plastic of the front panel of the good chassis is made of ABS engineering plastic, which is strong and stable. If the plastic used in the case recess is not hard enough, the front panel will be brittle and easy to break, and the quality will definitely be problematic. The steel plate must be at least 0.8 mm or more. The material should be galvanized steel, which has high hardness and strong elasticity. It is definitely not a good material if the thickness is not enough or it can be bent with a little force.
2. Process:
First Look at whether the steel frame has burrs or sharp edges. Good cases are often edge-wrapped, and at least they have been polished to prevent you from being injured during installation.
Second. To see if the chassis frame is firm and stable, the easiest way is to lift it up and shake it vigorously. If it shakes or even deforms, the product must be bad;
Third. Look at whether the internal production is professional, such as whether the punch position and size on the chassis match when installing the motherboard, whether the positioning of the drive slot and the card position is accurate, etc.
Fourth. See if there are EMI contacts, that is, there are many small protrusions around the side panels. It can reduce electromagnetic waves and is beneficial to human health.
In short, the important thing to choose a chassis is to look at its materials, workmanship and practicality, and not to be confused by the fashion of the appearance.
